Awful service on the pharmacy counter and not the first time either.
Firstly, don?t stand at the pharmacy counter if no one is there, go and seek the pharmacy staff out and ask for help because they seem to see you standing there, but completely ignore you! It?s totally unnecessary.
Secondly, get a lottery ticket on the way there, because it?s hit and miss to whether the counter is even open. Today I arrived at 14:30 to be told it?s closed and I should come back. That?s after the staff member completely ignored me for 5 minutes. Thanks boots, I don?t work for a living so I?ll just come back shall I.
On previous visits both myself and other members of the public have been turn away when trying to buy more than 1 item at a time, for me I tried to get 2x nasal spray - I was told you can only buy 1 at a time and I?d have to come back tomorrow!
Honestly to anyone reading this, just use the Superdrug store, avoid this boots at all costs.
Rude staff on pharmacy counter today at 14:30 24 March? whoever you are go on a customer service course or get a different job, don?t just ignore people then tell them after 5mins your closed.

I have now edited this review. The store manager contacted me and apologised on behalf of the store for my experience. I do appreciate that effort. Therefore, I have adjusted my rating to a 3 from a 1. Thank you for contacting me.

Very helpful staff.
I tried to buy some condoms, but they didn't have any large enough.
I will try the Chatham store instead, I've heard they do a free fitting service.

Worse Boots chemist in the entire world. Pharmacy is a complete joke with usually only one person to serve a huge long queue of people. Never enough staff, those that are there have an attitude problem. No wonder Boots is going broke, a shadow of its former self back in the glory days.

Have been ringing the pharmacy since noon until 13:45. No answer. Assumed lunch would be finished by now. Went in and the sign said shut until 14:00 for lunch. I got there at 14:06. A staff member said they?re shut from 14:00-15:00. Absolutely ridiculous.

Went there this week and the two items I wanted to purchase not available,Would need to visit their store at Hempstead valley or order them as click and collect which I had to do.One item was Perfume the other Hand cream.Now I have to fork out on more petrol and parking ticket.Both popular items.One other comment the store looks very drab.

Thay have taken away most of the staff so you have to queue for much longer.the staff are good .and the pharmacy are always running out of stock .

I went into the pharmacy in the Sittingbourne branch and the assistant was quite rude. She gave me the purchase to which I replied thanks. As I walked off she said very loud in a sarcastic tone Thank you as if to make a point that I hadn?t said anything. Maybe she should pay more attention to her customers rather than worrying about being sarcastic.
