I had a pedicure with Liza yesterday and met the lovely Tijana for the first time as well - she did the final touches as Liza had to attend to another client. Tijana was an absolute joy - kind, positive despite having worked a long day at the end of a busy week and generally made me feel very well looked after. Thank you Tijana!

I jus wanted to say a huge thank u to the girly who cut my hair this morning... I haven't been to a hairdresser in about a 20 years ...she accepted me as a walk in and help me feel comfortable.... Not only did she do exactly what I asked but was extremely helpful and knowledgeable... Not only did I love the cut but actually felt more self confident when I left ...I wish I remembered her name ...as would go bk there again !!

Booked in for a spray tan was welcomed as soon as I came in the young lady who was going to do my tan was still with a client (I was early) was reassured that she wouldn?t be much longer, must say fast professional service by Tiana talked me through what would be best for me colour wise ect , beautiful even tan wonderful colour as off on holiday and wanted a base colour to go with, will be booking again for another tan soon and trying some of the other services they provided. Beautiful salon great staff and highly professional staff.

The website fees for an express manicure says that prices start from £19.95. When I asked the price when I booked I was told the cost would be £23.00 - when I mentioned what the website price was the response was that prices had gone up.The girl who did my manicure was very pleasant and polite but I never had such a fast filing - no buffing of the nails - and no sign of the 'relaxing hand massage' advertised on the website.Not at all impressed also about the dog of another customer resting near the topt of the table where a treatment was taking place.In a shop, if an item is displayed with an incorrect price there would be a price adjustment made and a customer will not be charged more. I was looking forward to having regular treatments there but I came away extremely disappointed.
