Stayed in the apartment there clean and comfortable. Nice bat in the clubhouse. I have not used the golf course so I cannot comment on that, but it is popular, with quite a lot of players there each day.

Absolute shambles this place. Getting worse every time. Rude staff which are argumentative with almost everyone. Wrong quantity of medication given and then blame customer. Something needs to change.

Even for a single item ( syrup ) prescription . You made made to wait for like more than 20 min. I use kemsley pharmacy just because it was closed had to come here !! Awful ?

Shocking experience. Serverals times I?ve been there since moving to Sittingbourne and they randomly close for a break now all sudden they updated there hours on website but not in store. Today I turned up just as they closed for a break, so had to wait around store 30 mins , the que was quite long and only had 2 staff working it always seems busy so they need to employee more staff to help out! Upon being served I was once again told not all my prescription is in stock, I ordered this on the Thursday , went Tuesday to collect to be told it will be all there Thursday they had some delays which is understandable, go there today (Thursday) and not all there again, now what was missing was my diabetic insulin injections, there excuse was the pharmacy was having a stock audit review so didn?t want to order anything, sorry what! Customers need medication and because of your KPIs you couldn?t give me my prescription medication. No phone call during the week to explain we won?t be able to prescribe your insulin this week, to than state I will order in for this week! So I?ve now changed my pharmacy, I then gotta contact doctors to explain all this and get my insulin reordered which obvs won?t be ready now till middle of next week! Asda pharmacy disgusting attitude poor poor response.

The ladies at the Sittingbourne pharmacy were wonderful yesterday. They went out of their way to fulfil my husband?s prescription in full even sourcing it themselves from another pharmacy whilst comforting me as I waited. My husband died 2 hours later. I am so thankful to you all for your kindness.
