Never have prescription ready on time. Despite having had the prescription for 7 days they hadn?t ordered it so a very important medication was not taken on time due to them not ordering it.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Asda pharmacy and was fortunate enough to encounter an exceptional pharmacist named Debbie. Despite facing a bustling shift with a queue of five people eagerly waiting, Debbie's commitment to customer service left me thoroughly impressed. From the moment I stepped up to the counter, it was evident that Debbie was a true professional. Despite the high demand, she maintained unwavering eye contact and greeted me with a warm smile that instantly put me at ease. Her ability to acknowledge each individual waiting in line, even amidst the chaos, demonstrated her dedication to making every customer feel valued. What truly stood out was Debbie's incredible multitasking skills. Not only was she proficiently processing prescriptions and addressing inquiries, but she did so with a level of grace and efficiency that spoke volumes about her expertise. It's not every day that you encounter a healthcare professional who can handle a busy shift with such composure and attentiveness.Debbie's customer-centric approach was evident in every interaction she had. She took the time to explain medication instructions, answer questions, and offer guidance, all while ensuring the line kept moving smoothly. Her patience and willingness to go above and beyond truly made me feel like my health and well-being were her top priorities. In an age where exceptional customer service can sometimes feel like a rarity, Debbie's dedication shines like a beacon of positivity. Her ability to juggle a demanding workload while still treating each individual with respect and kindness is truly commendable. My experience with her has not only restored my faith in outstanding customer service but also made me appreciate the crucial role pharmacists play in our healthcare journeys. If you're looking for a pharmacist who embodies professionalism, empathy, and an unwavering commitment to exceptional service, look no further than Debbie. Her ability to maintain eye contact, serve with a smile, and acknowledge everyone waiting during a hectic shift is a testament to her outstanding character and dedication to her craft.

BIG SHOUT OUT TO THE LADY ON THE PHARMACY DESK TONIGHT!!! (I'm so disappointed I didn't catch your name - I tried to call the store to find out but no answer...all so busy)If you could get a message to her from me to say how much a appreciated her tonight and that her hard work and dedication did not go unnoticed tonight! I needed something for my daughter and you went above and beyond to help me and then helped me further. You are an asset to Asda and I truly hope this message/review reaches the right person. I visited on 12th April 2023 at 8.25pm if that helps! Thank you so much!!!

Staff rude and abrupt, the last 3 times I have been there I?ve been ignored, made to feel like I am interrupting their day, offer no advice and finally yesterday told to come back later because they were too busy? final straw, never returning!

Staff are rude and abrupt. Totally ignore you when waiting to be served, when a simple ?won?t keep you long? would suffice.

Ignored me until a queue started to build and were very condescending. Not worth the hassle.

Tried to telephone the store to speak with the pharmacy to see if my wife?s prescription was in because we keep going to the store only to be told that they have not received. The prerecorded answer machine says that due to unprecedented demand they cannot answer the call and to try using their website. Can we please have some customer service from these firms and stop all the COVID excuses. You need to take a lesson from Walmart?s in the USA they would show you what customer service really is.

Terrible service. I was at asda 1.5 hours trying to get an item from my mum's prescription that had been missed. One member of staff was very unhelpful and rather rude, insisting it was not on the script. Huffing and puffing like it was too much trouble for her to do her job properly. Shouting through the hatch to another member of staff who tried to help me. Refused to phone the doctor's to sort it out. I had to get the manager involved and hey presto they found it had been prescribed and it was dispensed within 5 minutes. The way i see it, if you don't like dealing with customers in a nice way then don't work in customer service! Simple!!The other lady was very nice. Be the other lady and not a rude unpleasant jobsworth.
