Love Asda but I can?t stand the Sittingbourne store, Most of the staff on the self service checkouts are rude and miserable !! If you ask them anything they can barely be bothered to answer

Pharmacist woman is so rude and really unorganised. Constantly losing prescriptions and giving false information. Also denies it was her that dealt with you! Complained to store who advised they couldn?t do much as pharmacist are limited! Such a rude unprofessional human being

Came here to do our weekly shopping. My mum's in a wheelchair and they only have 1 attachable trolley, which is missing, but they have 20plus disabled parking spaces.
This is ridiculous.

I'm hoping this review makes it to the attention of the Store Manager as I can't find a way to contact Asda head office, or the Sittingbourne branch directly.
I just wanted to say a big thank you to the exceptionally polite young man who sorted and bought me my Click & Collect order today (Thursday 30th May 2024 between 17:00 - 18:00). I'm rather frustrated I don't know his name to ensure my thanks gets to him!
When I had checked in, this chap was with me rather quickly to get my name, etc., before there appeared to be a glitch in the system. In the end, there wasn't, but he was ever professional and very polite, apologising for any inconvenience. I remember working in retail myself and really do appreciate good service and a welcoming attitude.
Again, I hope this reaches the Store Manager and if so, I hope they can work out who served me so he can get the praise he deserves.

Can I ask Asda Sittingbourne why you feel the need lately to randomly move things around in the store? I now spend more time looking for where an item is after knowing where it would be for years than ever before. This extends the time it takes me to shop and makes the whole experience much less convenient than it was previously. Also what's the thinking behind ruining the make you own pizza counter, Is it ever open now?

I remember when they added another floor to this Asda. Wow. The memories come flooding back. Once one tall floor and now two squat; awkwardly spaced floors.Sells all the groceries, but has a poor selection of beers. Two travelators guide you upstairs. Escalators to the sky.The petrol station outside is pay at pump only now. Once was not and now it is. I don?t mind. Offends some. They built a Greggs nearby. Right place for it really. Greggs for the Asda shopper.Go near the cake aisle. It smells so, so very sweet. Sweet cakes for the people.Low prices.

There really is a choice and reasonable prices. On the first floor there are products, on the second - household goods and things. There are self-service checkouts. Nice proximity to truck parking. You can buy everything in a 45-minute pause. Happy and quality shopping to everyone.
