Real locals pub. By which I mean that upon entering, my wife and I received baleful, slightly hostile stares from the regulars round the bar. The barman didn't look up for 5 minutes while he served another customer. I had thought that being in the heart of Kent, there would be a plentiful selection of local Kentish ales on tap. No. Just Doom Bar (Cornwall) and several international lagers. Not a good pub.
