Went to drop a parcel off using dpd as the website says they offer the service but got there and they said they do not provide the service. Not impressed with the shop keepers attitude either

Called up at 5 to 12 as they shut at twelve I said can u hold on 2 mins literally 2 mins past 12! I would of got there and we use there ship daily we know them to say hello now and they said no well thanks guys u turned down a sale over over £25 pounds your loss
