I?ve shopped here for years and never had any real problems. Staff are generally helpful and the store is well stocked. However, recently I experienced something quite unsettling?an employee began unloading goods right behind me with loud banging and crashing. It felt more like a factory floor than a supermarket. I do hope management can kindly remind staff to be more mindful of noise near customers.

Quite a big shop but beginning to show it's ages. The front entrance is rather odd.
Good selection of foods and alcohol. There is, I believe, a pharmacy in the store (there certainly used to be). Plenty of parking but the road system around the car park is also a bit odd.
There is a petrol station also.

Well what can be said about their free from not good not all on one shelf and not good for frozen items either and didn't see any chilled, people haven't the time searching for stuff they need, it needs sorting out at this store any if any of their stores like this it needs sorting.

DISABLED PARKING
Although there are a number of disabled parking places. Recently we're finding it hard to get one, as a number of people with no blue badges are parking in the disabled bays. My wife is disabled and find it difficult exiting and entering the car without space. ?

My boyfriend and I were hungry after our shop at Tesco and decided to give the café a go.Firstly we were served by Scott, who was happy and gave off a very chilled vibe, which I like.We ordered a halloumi burger each. I had the chocolate milkshake, and he had a large Americano. The milkshake was really good actually, and the portion was decent. The coffee was even better though; it was really nutty and refreshing and came in a big mug. We both shared it!The meal came with piping hot fresh chips coated in peri peri spice which tasted great, and the burger was really good too, although the burger and plate could've been warmer. The burger was served in a plain untoasted bun which was fine, but the bun could've been toasted and/or seeded. That would've been nicer. The burger contained thick chunks of halloumi, two fresh tomato slices and lettuce. It had chilli jam and peri peri mayonnaise. The prices were:£2.90 for the large coffee, which represents good value£4 ish for the milkshake, which represents okay value, but could've been better. You'd expect to pay something like that for a drink from Costa£7.50 each for the burger and chips which was okay value, but it's about what you'd pay in a Wetherspoons.I gave the café 4 stars. The place was clean, spacious, had a wide variety of seating and table options. The food was good, but not great, and the service was fast and friendly.I would've given this café 5* if it offered better value for money, or some kind of clubcard incentives (with money off or extra points), or even a combo meal/drink offer. The snacks and cakes in particular were quite expensive at £2-£2.50 for one slice or one muffin. For a supermarket, that's not really justifiable in my opinion, when you could just grab a pack of 4 muffins for cheaper, for example. On the whole, I had a great meal with my partner and great, quick service!

Horrible customer service ? unfortunately i have to give one star even they don?t deserve that.Asked 3 of the women at customer service desk for change for the trolley and with the bad tone they told me I have to join the queue of 10-20 people.I?ve only needed my £2 coins to be changed so i can get myself a trolley

Sheerness sits at a geographical location where the waters of the Medway Thames and English Channel converge and this Tesco's is nicely situated on a north Isle of Sheppey beachfront. A large store offering most of the typical family's household requirements including a chemist, phone shop, cafe, also with toilet facilities. Ample parking, garage and car wash also on site. Play area adjacent to nearby Beach Street, handy to amuse the kiddies especially during summer shopping trips!
