Poor customer service today. Rung Sittingbourne branch today answered my call straight away and helpful. Called the Neats Court straight after, rang 3 times and every call cancelled, disappointed lack customer services on the telephone. Lots sales.

Went to this store during the week, nice and quiet, found what I needed, pricing was ok. Staff were friendly enough. I liked being able to park nice and close to the store.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Only reason I popped in because I had a 2 hour journey home after visiting family. Brought a pair of jeans for my partner that were supposed to be £47 got them for £18. Would defo return here if in the area again!

The staff are very rude and dismissive. Management seems careless. Impossible to get a refund, they say " only credit not or exchange" they refuse to give you your money back. Terrible service
