Good stock of shoes but very difficult to find a member of staff to retrieve an alternative size. The shop wasn?t busy, but we waited 10-15 minutes before a member of staff finally came, she just grunted at us, got the shoes, then grunted again as she handed them over.
She had zero interest in helping us.

Didn't have trainers in any size I needed. From adults to teen to toddler. I was very disappointed. The one pair they did have in the toddler trainer, one was a display trainer, which was ridiculously discoloured and grubby. Why would anyone want to pay for a trainer that has been on display and on god knows how many feet ?

Well stocked shelves and displays with reasonable priced stock. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Ample free parking outside the shop.

Poor customer service today. Rung Sittingbourne branch today answered my call straight away and helpful. Called the Neats Court straight after, rang 3 times and every call cancelled, disappointed lack customer services on the telephone. Lots sales.
