Good stock of shoes but very difficult to find a member of staff to retrieve an alternative size. The shop wasn’t busy, but we waited 10-15 minutes before a member of staff finally came, she just grunted at us, got the shoes, then grunted again as she handed them over. She had zero interest in helping us.
