Worse pharmacy around. Long queues don?t care attitude and not bothered letting customers wait for an hour for their prescriptions. Then to tell them they can?t find one of the prescriptions and that you need to go back to the GP.

Since changing hands they have been quite useless and never have medications or lack of them. Then you get time it could be 3 weeks before your prescription gets in. People have medication to use immediately and not wait

Nothing is too much for this professional team. Really helpful advice given, quick turnaround and even managed to source a rare medication for my son and myself. I'm sorry some others haven't had the gold standard customer service experience I have received since I switched to them. Jess and Sarah, in particular, are unsung heroes in my book!

Terrible service I really don?t think they know what there doing they also lie and say that prescriptions are not available to get in touch with my doctor and get a alternative when I received the returned prescription the very first pharmacy I went in had everything I needed

Helpful and reliable. Always willing to help even if they cannot fulfil the prescriptions. They will always offer more advice and help as and where needed or required. Keep up the good work guys :)

Been waiting nearly 3 weeks for my prescription to be told they haven't got my tablets in stock (surely they should have let me know) now will have to change pharmacists as I haven't had tablets for days now and they never answer the phone!!!!

3rd times using this pharmacy, thought I would give them a chance before leaving a review but absolutely useless. Prescription was sent over a week ago to them, go in to pick it up and its not been actioned or printed. so now have to return once they have sorted it out.

Tried 5 times today to contact them over 5 hours. 3 times it was engaged.2 times it rang and after about approximately 20 rings they cut me off!I need to find out why my drugs have not been delivered. Not pleased!They

This place used to be really good, now it's absolute joke. Everyone is rude, no one answers the phone, and seems like nobody knows what they are doing any more.
