Well the place looks like it's been shut down but it's actually open! The guy was nice enough and had a joke so no complaints with the staff but the food we had had just been warmed up in the fryer. My fault for eating it but stomach pains and vomiting later il stick to the favourite chicken franchises elsewhere. Please be wary ?? ?

Only chicken shop close to sheerness, despite bad reviews gave it a try and wasn?t disappointed service was fast food was hot and fresh, get what you pay for and would definitely return

Ordered they took my money waited over 2hrs for my husband to go down there find out they are shut have two hungry upset kids and no refund so will have to get a refund another day because they are shut.

Well what can I say....The male that appears to own the franchise regularly goes outside for a cigarette, walks back in and continues to serve customers without observing any basic food handling practices. There's another employee who spends most of the time on his mobile, who's apron could possibly contain more bacteria than the pigeons outside. People drift in and out from the flats above, helping themselves from the hot shelf.Most importantly I saw no attempt to probe cooked chicken temperature, poor hygiene practices and no control between food preparation areas.Update the feedback @favorite.co.uk link doesn't work.Speaks volumes ?

Extremely slow delivery, an hour to deliver to an address you could walk in twenty minutes. Had to call the restaurant which took three attempts to answer, then you get passed around staff and each one you've got to explain again what's happening. Not impressed and it's a Tuesday night not even a busy time of the week. Shocking. I'd order food when you're not hungry as it'll get delivered when you will be hungry takes that long. Not even an apology. I don't think I'll order from them again.

I did a telphone order, the app works well and easy to navigateIt was a friday evening, so could be busy, but I got the messege enjoy your meal,and 37 mins later, it arrived and was dry as if been on warmer for a timeSo this has happened twice in a row so did not pick up all the stars.

Apart from the fact they refused to sell 2 sticky ribs unless I bought 4 which they only had 2 at the time,so asked for the 2 ribs they had left plus 1 piece of chicken as I don't eat chips,they refused and informed me that will only sell me the 2 ribs as a meal £6.00,so just left shop.

Caught them just before they closed, and they sold me their remaining chicken for less than normal asking price.
