DISHONEST DELIVERY DRIVER!
Driver happily took £30 cash from me at the door, knowing full well it had already been paid for online. . . so it ended up costing us £59 for two pizzas. He then insisted to both his manager and the customer complaints investigation that no money had changed hands, and they stood by him, basically accusing me of making the whole thing up.
I guess the generous people of Sheppey always give 100% tips!

we asked for one of the deals. It stated two pizzas sometimes Domino?s does do good pizzas and sometimes it?s just not right it was rock hard and a bit like eating cardboard.
Very disappointing we thought that we was getting both pizzas. The same size but one was like a mouse pizza. It was very small and not even proper and all the toppings wasn?t on the top properly. They were all slid to the side on the pizza very disappointing.

Have ordered from Dominos Sheerness several times in the past as they had a range of vegetarian and vegan options, they delivered quickly, and you knew what you were getting.
Found a piece of chicken on my vegetarian pizza in my most recent order, though, hence the low score.
Vegetarian options: Has a range of vegan and vegetarian options and have not had an issue with previous orders, but found chicken on the veggie pizza I ordered today.

To the manager, I would suggest that you book yourself onto the next "how to interact with customers positively course". NOT argue and try to get the customer to pay for food twice.

Ordered a veggie supreme with bbq sauce. This is what turned up - swimming in sauce. Complained and told will take a week for a refund. No apology. Did they not look at the pizza and think ?we can?t send that out??

Absolutely disgraceful service, I ordered two pizzas with the understanding that they would be delivered in 30 - 40 minutes...... 1 hour later some guy is calling me to say he can't find my address, I asked him where he was and he didn't know so I tried to explain but he couldn't understand me. He called again 5 minutes later and still he didn't know where he was...... again I gave him instructions to where I was and he said he can try. 1hour and 10 minutes after I ordered and he had been driving around with our pizzas...... I cancelled it. Will never use again and would advise others to stay well clear, an appalling service.

Absolutly appalled by the service today, had delivery it was left at the local coop for 20mins when I was already there I wasn't informed it was there I had to call them they told me the driver tried to call which is a load of rubbish as I had nothing on my phone bring it back home and there's a slice missing whether or not the coop workers decided it upon themselves to eat a piece is not the point the food should not have been left with a random person when goods are already paid for.Fuming is understatement.
