Rang up to check stock for a prescription, the woman I spoke to told me they would definitely have the medication. I asked her to double check and she took my details and promised to ring back. She didn’t ring back. I went in to the store and the items weren’t in stock, so a wasted journey and I’m without my medication.

Many items available in other stores are not available in this store. Limited products. Sad-looking shelves. The store is often closed when advertised as open. Not an inviting shopping experience.
