Co-ordination team couldn?t organise a piss up in a brewery, my dad had to organise everything with installers. They failed to remove a contact number from their system which meant missed delivery and constant calls and messages whilst I was about to go into labour despite being asked on multiple occasions to remove it. The installer ruined my worktop and other parts of the kitchen, I have been trying to get this resolved since the end of March and got nowhere. Finally I asked for details on how to raise a complaint and the adviser ignored my request and just said they were extremely busy which is something you can?t do.This company has caused me nothing but stress!!!

Drove 30mins to collect some materials once arrived the product needed lifting down which no one was willing to do unless I waited over an hour really disappointing

Would be nice if they had more floor staff. Sometimes it is hard to find specialty products, you need to ask somebody. Some days assistance is hard to locate.

I would avoid at all costs if you're planning to buy a bathroom.After the final payment was made the Wickes bathroom team recommended a unreliable fitter, who I then spent several months chasing to work out when they could do the work.Eventually I had to talk to the Wickes customer service team when it became clear the bathroom representative we bought bathroom from was no longer going to help us.After several weeks of back and forth with them, I managed to get the work done. I say this as a warning; do not buy a bathroom at that branch. Once they take your money, communication becomes a myth.

Usually there is no one at click and collect. It has happened multiple times I waited at click and collect counter and no one came to attend.I then joined the checkout queue and was then sent back to same counter.

Absolutely disgraceful treatment by a certain member of staff who accused me of being a thief and embarrassingly ejected me from the shop. Legal action will be following.
