Second time I've ordered via deliveroo. Nearly an hour for delivery and driver waited a while, food has been delivered cold. Second time this has happened. Never again , waste of money

I lunched here with a family member - the service was attentive and helpful. Prices are are ££ level we both had squid starters that were very good and undoubtedly fresh squid is used - medium sized portions and very tasty and hot. We shared a katsu curry that was ok - I wasn?t keen on the fact that they brought up the main course almost immediately after serving the starters resulting in the main course being warm/tepid by the time we got to it. Starter was more satisfying than the main because of this - green tea is served free and was like warm - I prefer any tea to be piping hot free or otherwise. Having said that I would visit again. Everything was great as usual however one of the servers, when seating customers, took one look at us at the front of the queue and proceeded to seat the couple behind us. I find this unacceptable, especially after making the two of us wait beforehand. I hope this will not happen again to us and to all other customers. The girl who then served us was very nice though

Absolutely loved dining at this restaurant, the ambiance was warm and inviting, perfect for any occasion. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable, making our experience seamless. The food was outstanding?flavorful, beautifully presented, and truly memorable. A must-visit for food lovers. I can?t wait to return for more!

Very disappointing this evening to hear of a rule change at Wagamama Sevenoaks. No longer able to order add ons to your dishes unless it's with another main course. Won't be visiting again

Waited over 15 minutes for a pre booked collection. Other food ordered and collected in time now cold. Happens every time with this place. No apologies just made to wait. Food is always good and staff as friendly as they can be.

Today was awful. We sat outside because of the weather. The waiters didn?t seem to appreciate the fact we wanted to sit outside? cutlery slung on the table asked for drinks which didn?t turn up we felt abandoned. Last time we came here the guy wearing stripy trousers gave us an amazing service tho so pheraps it?s just the people on todays shift.

Foods alright but the service is terrible and there are often waiting times. Most staff seem to be kids from the local school too busy gossiping to serve you. The managers are slightly better but is obvious they can't hire anyone decent to staff this branch. Shame really, I've been to some very slick Wagamamas in the past - but I will never go here if I can help it.

It was my first time visiting this branch on my lunch break! I must say Louis?s customer service has been exceptional! He has been been very calm and understanding throughout as well as prioritising my order first as I had very limited time left. Food was very nice too. Thank you once again! Will definitely be coming back here soon and highly recommended this place??
