Actually rather positive. I went in, somewhat belatedly, as I was overdue an upgrade. Instead, it was suggested that my existing phone was fine, the camera good and that I should keep the phone and move to a SIM only contract saving a significant amount in monthly payments. Isn't often you go expecting to have to spend money and come away saving

Terrible. Went in for a sim swap, got it, was told service will be back to normal within 30 mins, 2 days later still no connection to find out that swap was not done properly. Don?t go in if you need technical support with the network. Useless
