I've had a body ballancer treatment and a back massage at the Hart Spa now and will definitely be returning for both treatments & more. Both treatments have been 5* service and I honestly felt like my back had been realigned after my massage it was amazing. Everything throughout the spa is to a high standard and the smell as you walk through is just so lovely & relaxing! All of the ladies at the Hart Spa are so lovely too and make sure you have the most relaxing time! Will be back soon! ?

Alex was so professional, friendly and reassuring in piercing my daughter?s ears for the first time. She measured where to make the holes so they were perfectly lined up and gave us great advice on aftercare. We couldn?t be more pleased with the result! Thank you!

I came in today for an eyebrow tint and shape, firstly it looked very patchy like I hadn?t even had them done then the tint was nonexistent. Then therapist said she hadn?t left it on long enough then we went back and forth whilst she tried to correct it. It was uneven and patchy and the shape was awful. I?m very upset with the finish. I was also told I wouldn?t get a discount because I must pay for her time. This is disgraceful! If you are unhappy with a service why should you still have to pay? In the past I?ve had HD brows and just a shape a tint and my eyebrows looked extremely different. The therapist also said to me that maybe the former therapist just had the Knack implying that she didn?t. I?ve been coming to the salon for a while now and never had such a big problem but was treated like I was just trying to get a freebie. Also my skin is stained in all the wrong places around the brow it looks sloppy and very unprofessional..

A lovely environment, well looked after by all the staff. Linda was absolutely brilliant. She gave me one of the best massages I?ve ever had, with perfect pressure, she found all the tension I was carrying and worked successfully to ease it. I will be requesting her again, thank you ??

Relaxing back and neck massage by Victoria for a Mother?s Day treat .Made to feel welcome and after treatment ,I had water and coffee in the relax area in the basement .

I had the best experience! Super friendly and welcoming staff! For a first time customer, getting a wax for the more private area will always be nerve racking. However, Lynda made me feel calm and relaxed, chatting throughout with me:) She was sufficient but not rushed, which gave me confidence that I was getting my moneys worth! I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back soon!
