Everytime i want to buy my food there 's always one thing i cannot find. This Tesco is huge , how on earth they don't stock the shelves with food. Unfortunately I have no alternative to shop in other stores as I live prety close and no other store is closer to my house, I don't drive but if I could i will avoid this store. Employees or management pease consider to stock the shelves with food, so i can buy my esential like bread , bananas, and cheese.

Very disappointed Sunday 11/05/25 after 8pm I used car wash Tesco Riverhead sevenoaks didn't realize I will get a parking ticket £70 I been using this Tesco for also 16 years went with my parking letter to see if the manager could help no one helped.

This review is specifically for the lovely lady at the Customer Service Desk who served me this morning 9am (25 Feb 25!) at Riverhead Tesco Branch. She is consistently superb in her Customer Service Skills and really stands out for this. She is always attentive and acknowledging everyone in her que, always cheerful, and always greets everyone very warmly with a big smile. She is also always very helpful. It makes my day when someone has this amazing attitude towards customers and people in general. She is an asset to your team. I just wished I checked her name before I posted this as she really deserves acknowledgment for how amazing she is!!

I went to tesco superstore riverhead with my mum
There today we had a look around at all of the clothes they have in tesco superstore
They have a very lovely section of clothes in your tesco superstore
You have very lovely music playing inside of tesco superstore
It's so lovely to have some music playing in the background
The music made me very happy and relaxed and chilled
The staff that work there are very kind lovely friendly
The service there is very good amazing wonderful
I had a very lovely experience there at tesco superstore sevenoaks
This place gets another 5 out of 5 star rating by me

Be aware whwhen shopping here not just me but everyone normal shopping for 10yrs there is a plain closed security guard always in joggers grey walks round with trolly sometimes stands talking security guard second I went in he followed me doing my shopping whole half hour went to go after paying accused me of stealing been shopping there over 10 years watch he not following you puts you off your shopping and shopping there

I go to a lot of tescos and they are mainly very good I find my local one is not as good Homesdale Road branch I go there a lot a different times very rarely get all I want there go to Orpington or elms end and there's a lot more chances of getting what you want.

Very rude man on the customer service!!! Refused service to a young man that I know because I spoke to him to say hello and the man assumed we were together. He then asked me for ID which I hadn?t brought with me as I hadn?t intended on buying alcohol. He then refused service to this young man as I didn?t have ID!!! I had nothing to do with it and he had awful customer service. We asked to speak to someone higher up and he simply walked away!! He then followed me and the young man outside which was very awkward, almost as if he was assuming we were stealing! I can?t believe the unprofessional behaviour of this man and I hope no one has an encounter with him again.

It's so common that staff barge past with trolleys, never say excuse me or cheers if you get out of their way (just decency, if I get in someone's way, i apologise). I'm sure you get some rude people in there and i'm sure it's not fun. But every time i go to tesco i feel like i should avoid any staff. If I greet a staff member at checkout or self serve they nearly always look the other way and are condescending if I need to interact.
My question is: Do tesco instruct staff to not interact with the customers at all or is the culture at tesco so toxic that all of the floor staff are constantly miserable. You used to be able to ask where things are and not be made to feel like you're a nuisance.
