LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS SHOP ???? They have a huge volume of stock and such a huge variety.

Great help finding the shoes i wanted. Guy in the footwear section was a class act. One odd looking bloke hanging around the door not helping out when i clearly need help takes the experience down a notch.

Seriously poor service, it's 18.22 in the store, it's empty and I've been waiting 20 min to be seen to for a pair of trainer. Decided to walk out as I don't even know if they have them in stock.
What a joke, just close the store.

Returned my wife's golf shoes not worn after just one day would not refund my money but only gave me a credit note which is against the consumer credit act insteaded that was their policy

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever encountered.. had to search the store for a member of staff upstairs no one to be seen, so went downstairs and there were 3 members of staff near the front door doing absolutely nothing. I asked for help and they said they would send Chris who was already with another customer..(I?d already seen him with 2 customers) and guess what Chris never arrived the 3 lazy members of staff I had asked for help from were still doing nothing at the front door, luckily I ended up choosing and buying off the shelf trainers and took them to the till to be finally served politely by a nice young girl behind the till and whilst waiting to be served one of the lazy girls came over and helped herself to a red bull out of the fridge. Avoid at all costs!

Please avoid this store!
I visited the store before Christmas only to find out they only had one changing room! I waited for 45 minutes for the customer to leave.
When I complained to the manager, she was so disinterested and brushed it off. Shocking!

Staff were friendly, got what I wanted. Said they are getting more changing rooms soon. Sure it?s not the biggest store, but very handy to have in Orpington.

Avoid this store because staff.there has no idea what they are selling. I bought Adidas junior cricket spike shoes for my son. Its called SPIKE shoes so it obviously comes with spikes. One of the spike didnt sit right despite all efforts. Which shows there is an issue with manufacturing. I took shoes back to the store and wanted to replace it with other one. At the tilt the girl heard the problem and called another guy. That guy called 3rd guy. 3rd guy said he wants to speak to the manager. By this time its been over 10 mins since we are waiting. Then a white girl comes and says we did not sell shoes with spikes. We only sold.shoes. Can you believe this? As per her, Sports Direct sells Adidas cricket spike shoes without spikes. So as per her, customers are expected to buy spike shoes from them without spikes and buy spikes from elsewhere. And magically all spikes fit perfectly except one. Her reason to say they sold without spike is, we cannot see on camera spikes were in the bag!! How rediculous because spikes are in a small bag kept safely under the shoes. But it shows staff had no idea about products they are selling. And they will go to the extend that they will accuse customer of lieing and trying to fraud them. Shame on management who is just hiring and not training them and shame on people like her who just want a job for the sake of it and not try to use a bit of common sense. When i showed her picture of shoes on the box with spikes she goes oh that's just a picture. How stupid!! Its the picture of product inside the box. How can a person in sales of such store doesn't know that?
In the end manager understood shoes were sold with the spikes and I am.sure that girl felt embarrased for making a fool of herself. Her voice was so loud even my kids felt she is yelling and lieing to save a return. All that despite sports direct has clear return policy. Total disaster. And I was buying another shoes. Not asking for money back. So as per her I am returning shoes I bought from them and spikes from outside was going with them for free. Why wouldnt I take spikes out if I bought it from outside? This is the level of stupidity she displayed. I will never return to this store. I have bought many things from here. But if staff is this stupid I dont wanna deal with them again.

Possibly the worst sports direct I have ever been in.
Where do they even find all these dirty, unmotivated degenerate staff members? We were waiting over 25 minutes for a staff member to bring my sons shoe size out and during that time saw him hanging around with other employees, swearing and laughing until I had to remind him about the shoes when he insulted me.

Only one changing room. In which only one person can be present at a time. Today I waited 25 minutes to try on a jacket. This is a mockery of the customer.

Absolutely shocking customer service!!!some Weasley looking boy with greasy hair he was apparently the footwear superviser (jobsworth) refused to give me his name or his managers name due to data protection!!!! Refused to refund faulty item never even worn item bought 3 days ago at another store, really unhelpful and rude. He then proceeded to podium by front to and slag me off to his colleagues whilst I was still in the store.
