Exceptionally happy with the service here. Raquel and Rachel are amazing! very thorough, happy to answer any questions and both have a warm and caring approach that put me at ease. Dispensing staff were friendly and welcoming. I have to have my lenses thinned right down, and have been impressed with the price and quality of the frames. This is my second time here, after using some of the other independent stores and paying hundreds of pounds for glasses. I really can't fault the staff and the service here.

The experience itself was good, all staff members very nice, however, I learned later that the test- that I paid for- doesn?t include PD measurements unless I do my specs with specsavers.
This wasn?t mentioned to me when I did the test and I thought I had all the details I needed to get glasses from wherever I want, be it within or outside of the UK. Had I been informed of such policy, I would not have wasted my time nor money; I opted to pay for a test specifically so that I am not tied to a particular company.
I felt misled, taken advantage of and scammed.

Excellent service from start to finish. A highly efficient and professional workforce, who assessed my sight. The whole process was very reasonable as were the glasses I chose. There was no hard sales push for the purchases and the the glasses came when they told me they would.

The staff doing tests, showing us around and the student optician were absolutely phenomenal! They all did such a great job accommodating and helping me get some glasses. Dr Brad is one of the worst doctors I have ever come across. He was extremely unprofessional and making absurdly uncomfortable comments. Thank goodness I only had him for a few minutes. He was very degrading towards any and all women in the room and had no understanding or sympathy for the lack of resources available to me.

Shop floor staff treat customers in very strange way like mentally disabled people.

Testing was thorough. Selection of frames was comprehensive. Fitting, once lenses were redy, good with time taken to ensure the fit was correct.Have an issue with the bi-foculs which were for playing golf.
