Big shop. Not stinky like other small animals shops. Lot of animals. My small daughter likes to visit this shop when she is around, looks for animals and move on. Fishes are very strange there because when they see my daughter all of them swarm at the glass as close as possible to human, I never seen that kind of fish behaviour anywhere else.
I have no opinion about prices and quality because I don't do shopping there, I have no animals.

Came into the store to get cat food that the vets told me to get for my cat, James and Aaron were very helpful and friendly which made my shopping experience great. They managed to find my the product while it wasn?t on the shelf and it was lovely to see they could find it.
They both went above and beyond, wouldn?t shop in any other pets at home

Lovely staff who were friendly and helpful, offering advice as needed. Could use a little more choice for pups thou as couldn't find a harness we liked.
