The staff are always so polite and positive! it?s a great experience every time i visit, I usually see Grace, she is fantastic and my nails and my lashes always come out looking exactly how i ask! Charlotte at the desk is so lovely and makes the experience just that bit better, always greeted with a smile and a quick chat, couldn?t ask for better service! highly highly recommend!

Ive been to Oakwood a number of times, this time I had a full body massage with Sarah. She was great! The room was warm (it's December) the lighting perfect and the soothing music were all set to the level of deep relaxation. The whole experience was total bliss!I'd highly recommend Sarah, she was extremely professional, and clearly knows her craft. Thank you, I will be back again. ?

Emily was so lovely and friendly. I loved coming to Oakwood Beauty and found it really relaxing. My eyelash tint was the best one I've had and with my manicure and pedicure feel ready for holiday. I'd definitely recommend Oakwood Beauty.

I got my nails done last week at the salon. Obviously my CV more expensive than other places. My gel has come off yesterday 9 from last Wednesday morning. All they could say is that their policy is a week and therefore nothing they can do. Not sure how they run their business and how they retain clients but from all the places I have got my nails done in the past this is the first time gel last so shortly and the first time thai is totally ignored. Of course they have no care in retaining their customers. Very disappointing as I would have continued going if they knew what good customer care is about

I recently visited Oakwood beauty for a spray tan. My therapist sarah was so professional and friendly she really made me feel at ease. The spray tan was the best I?ve ever had ! The colour she selected for me was perfect! Sarah really listened to what I wanted and she got it spot on ! 1000% recommend. Always professional, friendly and do a great job. You need to be able to trust beauticians to do a great job and at Oakwood you can do that. Just not 5* because they?re on the more expensive price range, but you get what you pay for ??

I came here after a bad experience at another salon in Sevenoaks hoping for a better one.This salon is extremely well managed (you only have to check the reviews on here to see how much the manager cares about her clients) and professionally organised.My treatment was done by Jade who was brilliant. She was also very considerate and made a point of checking with a manufacturer whether my treatment would be suitable for my skin which I really appreciated.Thanks, Jade, and team. Will be back once lockdown is over.
