Really great experience in the Sevenoaks branch today and excellent customer service received from both Debra and Thea. They could not have been more helpful or friendly, despite the branch being very busy. Their adverts about the importance of customer service are true (5 mins earlier I had a bad customer experience with Barclays). I'm happy I became a Nationwide customer today and this also highlights the importance of keeping branches in the high streets.

I went into this bank yesterday. Unfortunately being in sevenoaks there is alot of snobbery and it isn't called for. I have around 5 pounds in change that I wanted to pay in my account now keep in mind this wasn't in penny's so not a need to be baged. I had 3 pound coins and some 20p and 10p. The attitude of if I put simply of discus of the lady serving me who even said loudly to her colleague we don't take change out of bags the other young lady said that's just alittle so it's fine then the lady turned to me tuted and huffed and puffed as if it was wrong of me to even be in this bank simply disgusting behaviour
