Not that impressed with the food, it was long time coming and was just about warm. Ordering looked to go ok then after we paid £111 for 5 meals got told sorry half the stuff you ordered is not available. Reorded and got looked at about the refund .
So will not be going back.

I've been here multiple times, and I will come back time and time again. Staff are always accommodating, and the place is always clean. They try to seat as many people as they can without making it cramped and overcrowded.
On my most recent trip, the atmosphere was tainted by the family of 5 next to us who were being generally disgusting and unhygienic. Not the Nando's teams fault, but please, can people stop belching and snorting at the dinner table.
Additionally, we were still on our starters (we were a table of 2) when our mains were brought out. The waitress apologized and asked if we wanted her to take them back and wait. We declined and said we were fine to have them then and there. We aren't fussy but working in hospitality myself, I am aware of people who would find this an issue and that this is a staff problem. Make sure you check if the table is done before bringing out their next course

The food, service and atmosphere was really nice. The Nandos is situated within a mini plaza type place and the vibe is really nice. I came here with family all the way from London to meet our new born nephew and the whole experience was just pleasant. The customer service was really good and I recommend this Nandos 100%.
Parking: The plazas parking cancelled get quite full. You also need to pay which is a bit of a mad one because you'd expect parking to be free for a certain amount of time for people to shop at least

Yesterday evening I had Nando?s in Sevenoaks and it was superb. The food was fresh and tasted fabulous.
The Customer service I received which was fantastic by my waiter Jodi she sorted any needs with no bother.

Special mention to 2 staff members Monkia (Manager) and Elian (Waitress).. had my elderly folks with us for a meal . The experience was very good and I really wanted to highlight the excellent customer service. These 2 staff members were helpful attentive and ultimately went over and beyond.. They are a credit to your establishment ! Thank you again !!!

Fantastic service they went out and bought a bottle of vinegar when we couldn't find any. Best one I've been to. Also very clean charming staff food excellent
