Staff behind the counter was picking his nose for a long time in plain sight of the customers, he then turned around and picked up my shopping without washing his hands. When I pulled him up on it he went to wipe the shopping with dry blue roll. Disgusting.

No hot food at all, no pastries whatsoever. The staff are friendly but there seems to be serious supply issues. Are Morrisons struggling?

Fantastic staff, always polite, friendly and helpful. Always a pleasure to shop here. Store is located in a convenient location with a bus stop outside the front and train station nearby.

I went into McColl's for the first time recently and mainly went in to get a sandwich and drink for lunch, reminds me of a Co-op actually, perhaps it was previously. Anyway I grabbed a couple of sandwiches and a bag of crisps and a cold drink, went to pay and the chap at the till said, if you get another bag of Crisps you could save yourself .85p, what a top man. Left feeling like i received great customer service from the young man. Well done that man, and as a bonus to this shopping experience the sandwiches and drink and crisps were lovely. Ashley
