Allowed me to book a MOT on Sunday. Then they cancelled on the Sunday morning blaming it on the online system. was worse is i keep getting kwik fit adverts on my phone reminding me how bad they are.

Took my car to them as the tyre pressure was leaking out slowly (10psi over a number of days). Kwikfit looked at the tyre and said nothing wrong with it. Took it to another tyre mechanic (Dryhill) who found a nail imbedded in the tyre almost immediately. Bright, shiny, silver nail head, about 1 cm diameter - very visible.... read full comment

Booked in for a free wheel alignment check. Wasn't told it would cost £75 to adust and the work was carried out without seeking consent. Pricing is not transparent.
