I found the whole team at Jackson Stops in Sevenoaks to be professional, responsive, efficient and very easy to work with. We worked closely with Gaynor Cooper and Tracy Connor?Loader, and I always felt that they were on top of everything and always kept me updated. But the real test was on completion day, when there was a problem at the buyer's end, and without doubt things would not have happened with Gaynor and Tracy going above and beyond to get the job done. They are reliable, personable and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Tracy and team are excellent and professional negotiators. They've shown great care and empathy in communication between buyer and seller, focusing on getting the deal done. Always prompt and patient in response to any questions raised. Tracy's dedication and balanced advice played a crucial part in making the deal happen in the end. Also worth mentioning is the team of lovely viewing ladies at Jackson stops - always available and pleasant for viewings especially during the transaction while various trades person needed access to the house for assessment. Excellent, attentive, personal and professional service. We used Jackson- Stops to sell a previous property and their work has been consistently good. We found ourselves in a chain that featured other "agents" whose commitment to resolving issues and moving the transaction forward was lacking and had it not been for Jackson-Stops (particularly Chris Mason) the transaction would not have progressed.At a stressful time of moving house, we found Jackson-Stops relieved the pressure, rather than adding to it.
