Excellent customer service from start to finish - an excellent product at a fair price. The company is highly professional and made adjustments to our order and fitting throughout the project at no extra charge to ensure complete satisfaction. Our faux sisal carpet project was complex with a five winder staircase, and a curved wall, but the fitter, Hamdy, was highly skilled, diligent, and thorough as well as being extremely courteous, thoughtful, and tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend Hudson and we will use them again.

Hudsons were a great company to do business with. They were very knowledgeable when it came to helping us decide which carpet would work for us. All the staff we met were very pleasant, and Richard and Fraser the fitters were polite and very tidy workers. We are very happy with the finished job and would definitely recommend.

Thank you Hudson Flooring for completing a fantastic job for us in our new kitchen/utility room. Tom patiently helped us choose our Muted Oak Amtico floor (with several trips to the shop for samples) and came to advise us and prepare a quote at our property. Harry did an excellent job on the installation and cleared everything up afterwards. We'll be using them again when we come to do the hall. Highly recommended.
