Visited the Sevenoaks branch this week and the man on the door was so welcoming and immediately arranged help even though I didn?t have an appointment. Keli was just brilliant, he took time and had patience with me when I couldn?t remember passcodes etc and he made the whole process of reactivating an old account and setting up my internet banking so stress free and easy. He is a true credit to not only the Sevenoaks branch but to HSBC in general, he should be commended on his skill, attitude and customer service!! Will definitely return to him in the future should I need any help.

I came into the Sevenoaks branch today in regards to my credit and the 2 young ladies and gentleman were very polite and efficient helping me with my query.

Not acknowledged or greeted when you walk in. You need to sit yourself down and wait with the other customers and hope you remember the queue order.When you do get through to a member of staff you are met with a pretentious and rude manner. No aggressiveness or profanity but just spoken to like you're a piece of ****!The customer service has really gone down hill from around 5 year ago when I was regularly banking there. Shame!

I WENT TO THE BRANCH TODAY 16/10/2019 TO FIND IT CLOSED FOR ,PRESUMABLY, RENOVATIONS WITH NO APPARENT SIGN SAYING SO OR WHEN IT WOULD RE-OPEN ? THE CALL CENTER IN INDIA WAS ADAMANT THAT THE BRANCH WAS OPEN !

Lovely people but really slow moving for simple tasks. The website is useless. Poor user experience.
Also the phone number is not for the Sevenoaks branch - is just a number in a call centre.
Added stars for great experience. Still, a lot to work around. The poeple are kind, the system is outdated.
