Nice Hotel, staff were all lovely and very helpful. Rooms were OK, bath was looking a little well worn and tired. Beds are comfy though. Food was fantastic if a little pricey for a northerner lol. Only issue was a lack of a lift. . . We had a 2nd floor room, and with 2 toddlers is was a bit awkward. But the staff helped as much as they could to help.

Fantastic service from everyone that works at this hotel. They are polite, helpful and courteous. One down side was, there was a shortage of a few ingredients in the kitchen leading to a few shortages in the menu choices but overall a great place to go.

Stayed here for a 2nd time for a small family party. A bit out in the middle of nowhere but as only staying one night it was OK. All as you would expect from a Holiday Inn - a bit impersonal. Layout a bit strange - rooms spread across a wide area and on 3 floors. NO LIFT which was problematic for the more elderly members of the family. Said they could only provide pizzas for us as they were doing a wedding (even though the hotel appeared totally empty apart from us!!) and the pizzas were not brilliant. Breakfast was fine all buffet. Room comfortable with complimentary tea and coffee. Drinks expensive ( bit then it's a hotel....)

WiFi is slow, room not warm enough, restaurant not warm enough, food good, staff nice, £5 p/n parking. Clean and well equipped hotel.
