My daughter wanted a Volkswagen Golf for her motability car, from the first day we went to Volkswagen Sevenoaks and dealt with Daniel Astill right through to when we picked it up he has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and is a total credit to the dealership. He has kept us up to speed with how the car is progressing and always been at the end of the phone if we needed him. When we collected the car he was so professional and thorough making sure we understood everything before driving off the forecourt. I would not hesitate in recommending Daniel to anyone considering purchasing a car from Volkswagen Sevenoaks. We are delighted!!

I bought my car new from Beadles Sevenoaks and tried to have a problem sorted out for 4 years / 4 services - the last year they even tried to overcharge me for the pleasure of not sorting out it out!In the 4th year, when the car would normally have been out of warranty, I was told something was potentially found / heard, but that that the car was out of warranty so it wouldn?t be addressed unless I paid ? when I pointed out that I had an extended warranty (5 years rather than 3 years), the story changed and I was told that as I was now in extended warranty if the problem was examined and nothing found I would have to pay (despite me raising the same issue for the whole of the ?normal warranty? period I was now in the ?paying period?).Also, despite me raising the issue at every service for 4 years, they apparently don?t keep records ??????. that is, no record of the time I took their technician for a drive in my car to show him the problem (for instance!). Sounds a bit fishy to me!Best of all, despite my tyre pressure gauges not warning me that the tyres were massively under inflated, apparently their diagnostics didn?t find a reported fault so nothing is wrong ? even though the pressure gauges didn?t work, because their computer said nothing was reported as wrong, it didn?t happen.They did manage to find the warn brake pads that any 10 year old with a flashlight could find and charge me £1,000 for the service / MOT whilst not reporting back on any issues I raised until I asked ? oh, and they managed to try to overcharge me for the MOT too!Worst of all, as soon as I raised an issue the customer service person turned from amicable to very cold, abrupt and rude.Apparently nobody was free to talk about the issues with the car (despite the customer services person suggesting this), some were in meetings, but nobody uses a diary at Beadles Sevenoaks so they didn?t know for how long (but they did know they were going on holiday the very next day).These guys are clearly trying to ?time out? the warranties of customers so they cannot claim and are only interested in sorting out the simple stuff that pops up on their computer and can be quickly resolved and charged for (rather than being under warranty).Couldn?t recommend these guys less, steer completely clear of them.

Today i ordered my new Motability car.From my first visit to VW in Sevenoaks where i was served by Daniel Astill a couple of months ago ,the service has been first class.Daniel has helped advise me on the vehicle i was interested in,kept me up to date on ordering times right through to placing the order today.I would like to say a big thank you and i look forward to the handover in a few months.

Bought an approved used car from them , sales were quite good but the car had obvious issues missed before handover then the the trouble started as the Service department and mechanics were terrible - constantly lied to for nearly a week before threatening to reject the car finally made them admit the issues . Most finally fixed after the sales dept got involved as they could see the problems even if the incompetent mechanics could not . Even after all this they still could not fix a simple issue so I?ll have to take it to a proper dealer to fix this as I wouldn?t even trust them to top up the washer fluid properly .

I have a service contract with VW. I had a problem with my car. The AA said the car glow plug needs to be change. Beadles at Dartford where I get my car serviced, stated they could not looked at my for seven weeks and three days. On the 4 of January once again I had to call the AA out. Once again I phone beadles Dartford and VW Coustomer service, they both could not help to get my car in sooner. I phone group one VW in Otford. The lady I spoke to was helpful understanding she put me on a short hold to check for an earlier date, yes she came back with a New date. Nineteen days earlier. Excellent Coustomer service. Once again it?s the person not the company.

The car I went to view had quite a few problems with it that were not mentioned and when queried was then asked why I was questioning certain things. Still waiting for my deposit back from viewing the car has now been 2 months and still waiting. Customer service not great, wouldn't recommend this branch.
