I marketed my house through F&C as Maureen and Clifton put togther the best strategy to maximise it's exposure. We had over 20 viewings across 2 viewings days and had 6 parties submit offers. We ended up selling well above the upper 'guide price' bracket and were very impressed with everyone at F&C throughout. Special mention has to go to Sam who manages the sales progression as she was brilliant at helping us hit our deadlines and keep the sale moving! Thanks for a brilliant service

We originally chose F&C because their salesperson, Maureen Talbot was so passionate about our home and gave us the confidence in selling our home at the right price. We went on sale back in Sept 2018 and sold in early 2019. However, the sale fell through due to some boundary issues that we had to resolve. Maureen and Lisa from F&C guided us and helped us every step of the way. We went back on the market in late Sept 2020 and had sold and completed by 21st December. F&C were always at the end of the phone and answering emails whenever you wanted them. Fine & Countries after sales team headed by Valerie Lever, kept us informed constantly as to what stage our buyers and their solicitors were at, nothing was ever too much trouble. Amazing service. Fine and country estate agents in Otford. Bought our house through them and there were lots of various problems. I found Fine and Country very friendly and helpful, often smoothing things over and solving problems before they escalated, making the whole experience a lot less stressful than it could have been. A big thank you to all the staff, especially Maureen.
