If it were possible to.leave no stars I would. I took my elderly confused Dad in to the shop to ask to end his contract. He can't use his mobile anymore due to his confusion. The monthly cost keeps rising with no notice or option. They staff were unable to help and told me to ring customer services. I asked if we could do.that with them in store but they told me to use my Dad's phone (a DORO with huge buttons). I couldn't proceed without reading a verification text whilst on the call - impossible because it's not a smart phone. I tried without the verification but could not get through. My Dad (he's 91) got really distressed on the way home.
I'm absolutely at a loss.
Money is being taken from his account every month and we can't stop it. I can't find anyone to help - despite 2 employees sitting looking at us (seeing my poor muddled Dad). They said if they helped they may face disciplinary action.

Had a very poor experience at the EE shop in Sevenoaks. The two employees were completely unhelpful with a straightforward request for a SIM card and information about plans. They rushed me out, offering no help, just to spend more time on their cell phones.

Matthew Kelsey and javan were incredibly patient and kind when setting up my godmothers phone; took 2 hours and they were closing by the time we finished ; super greatful and impressed by their professionalism. Shout out to Kelsey specifically because it was a tricky job. Give everyone a raise ! :D

Only went in there once to check on changing my provider, however, the two people in there was obviously not interested. The young man, and woman, did not get off the seats as I walked in. Since then, everything I've walked passed the shop, they were still sitting, on their mobiles, and again, stayed seated when a customer walked in. I will definitely not ever change to EE

Visited the shop to upgrade my Apple Watch. All three members of staff were super helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

This place is very often CLOSED even when it's meant to be open. I've been twice this week and it's been closed either with a note saying they're on lunch or none at all. I've been waiting for my phone to be delivered there and NOTHING. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Waste of time because likely they won't be there. Awful store.

Visited the shop last week with my boss. We wanted to buy a new phone for the company? David was nice, happy cheerful and helpful. At the end we got what we need it. They shop has hand sanitizer, charging points for your phones, nice tables and sofas. There is not a big variety of phones maybe the need more of that.

This EE shop is usually very quiet and the staff are always extremely helpful. I've used this shop over other branches for years. As it's a very small branch, there aren't a huge selection of phones on display but they do usually have operational handsets out back if you ask! If you're after the latest model, you may find that it's not in stock but they will order you one in lightning fast speed. The staff are super efficient at setting up your new phone and will answer any questions.
