If it were possible to.leave no stars I would. I took my elderly confused Dad in to the shop to ask to end his contract. He can't use his mobile anymore due to his confusion. Had a very poor experience at the EE shop in Sevenoaks. The two employees were completely unhelpful with a straightforward request for a SIM card and information about plans. They rushed me out, offering no help, just to spend more time on their cell phones.
