Had a English Breakfast for two .Which was good and nicely served. The staff were friendly and service was good. Only had to ask for my Latte Coffee to be reheated, the price was reasonable and the place was clean. Toilets needed checking more often as only one for everyone. Reason for 4 stars

I went to cafe on the vine today with my dad
There today I had a cup of tea which I really enjoyed
It was one of the best cups of tea I have ever had in the world
It was so lovely coming back to cafe on the vine today with my dad
The staff are so lovely and kind inside cafe on the vine
They were so lovely and kind to me and my dad because they said hello and they use very lovely communcation skillks
The service was very good there at the cafe on the vine
I had a very lovely experience there today at the cafe on the vine
This place gets it's a very lovely 5 out of 5 star rating by me

I went to this cafe expecting a nice quiet and cozy space to get my drinks however I was met with limited options of drinks not even having iced coffee, lates etc.. to quench my thirst especially in this hot weather and was severely disappointed by this but no where near as dissapotinted at I was with the atrocious service, she was rather cold, blunt and could not borrow some napkins on request and was told I had to purchase an item in the cafe to do so but when finally I bought a drink and then asked for a napkin she begrudgingly whipped out one.singular.napkin even reluctantly handing me one.This whole interaction seemed very unwelcome and I will not be going here again. (Plus they don't even have sugar sachets to grab and pour into your hot drink you have to ask behind the counter to do so in which she will begrudgingly get for u as well and even more to add on to this cafe experience the hot drinks are almost a bismal as your better off just making yourself one at home and is NOT worth the price).

Come for the ambiance, stay for the scolding! If you've ever wondered what it's like to be on the receiving end of a power trip disguised as hospitality, look no further. The owner doubles as the fun police - minus the fun. Unless you enjoy being treated like a suspect in a crime you didn?t commit, best to steer clear.

We enjoyed our refreshments, sitting in the sun. Very pleasant looking out over the gardens. And there are toilets.

Old fashioned service at its best ?? an amazing welcome on arrival from the manager / owner?? a simple menu done brilliantly?? I missed out on Steak Diane in the 80?s, but these guys cooked up the most delicious version that I could imagine! Good conversation from the waiter and you just feel all the staff are pleased you chose to visit. Would not hesitate to recommend and hope to return.

To be honest didn?t even bother going in, arrived with my son who had checked the opening times beforehand. Supposed to open at 9am on a Sunday, which it wasn?t. At 9.30 when the woman strutted across with the keys and refused to even acknowledge us, had a face like thunder as if we were hugely inconveniencing her I decided to just not bother and left. Zero customer service. A good morning would have been plenty for me to have happily gotten over the late opening.
Since reading the reviews and seeing the coffee is pants, I?m glad we left.

Zero comment on the cafe itself but the Karen who works there was extremely rude to an elderly gentleman who was performing on the bandstand for charity, all he wanted was to load up his van close to the bandstand so he didn?t have hobble back and forwards with heavy equipment. This lack of respect for the older generation is disgusting and had it not been a pleasant event for charity i think more people would have voiced their displeasure at this behaviour

This has so far been my least favourite café I have visited, I went yesterday and I got a coffee. My coffee tasted burnt and was too sweet, I personally didn?t enjoy my experience there, the workers also forgot my order as I told it to them. Was kind of disappointed with the quality, however the view was nice. I?ll try it again but I wouldn?t recommend.
