Terrible customer service!
The shop assistant just ignored me after serving a customer, she just walk off and went to the prescription side without acknowledging me.
I was the only one in the queue it?s impossible she did not see me?
After, waiting a few minutes at the till.
I went to prescription counter to make myself know that I?ve been waiting.
All she needs to say ?I?ll be with you in the minute? than just walking off like that.

I went to boots sevenoaks with my dad today
There today I had a look around at the umbrellas
You have a very lovely section of umbrellas
The staff that work there really helped my dad out looking for umbrellas
My dad had a lovely chat with the staff about the weather
It was so lovely coming back to boots sevenoaks today with my dad
The staff that work there are very kind lovely friendly
The service there is very good amazing wonderful
I had another lovely experience there today at boots sevenoaks with my dad today
This place gets another 5 out of 5 star rating by me

Titles:Terrible Service for Emergency Contraception
I recently went with my girlfriend to a Boots store to purchase emergency contraception. We are both over 27, and we expected a quick and efficient service considering the urgent nature of the product. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely frustrating.
There were three employees at the counter, and the store was virtually empty, yet the process was unnecessarily slow and complicated. We were asked to fill out a form and answer several questions, which wouldn?t have been an issue if we weren?t left waiting for hours. It really felt like they didn?t want to sell us the medication at all.
Additionally, we were told that we needed an appointment to purchase the pill, which is completely unacceptable in an emergency situation. It makes no sense that in a store that should be a quick and accessible place to buy emergency contraception, we were stopped by unnecessary bureaucracy.
Overall, we were left feeling frustrated and that our urgent need wasn?t treated with the seriousness and respect it deserved. I wouldn?t recommend this store for emergency purchases, and we certainly won?t be returning.

Do NOT book vaccinations here - the Boots website will take your money and let you make a booking at this branch, but when I arrived for my appointment (having received reminder emails in the days leading up to it) they told me they don't do vaccinations here anymore (and couldn't give me a refund there and then), apparently the online system won't prevent people booking. Just ridiculous. They've taken my money (not an insignificant amount) and I'm still waiting for a refund almost 6 weeks later, despite frequent chasing. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Felicity at Sevenoaks Boots is just the most wonderful, helpful person you could ever wish to meet. She spots you and immediately asks if you want help, and what she doesn't know obviously is not worth knowing. She is Boots, Sevenoaks best person! Thank you, dear Felicity.
