Really disappointed with our last few orders. Been a regular customers for years. Ordered the Florentina pizza last few times chef must be been adding the Burratta too early as it keeps cooking through making it taste very funky, curdled cheese instead of fresh - not nice. Pizza at Leigh, here in Kent last night, was really worth the most glowing of reviews! Well done to chief and his support for the most delicious pizza, putting recent pizza's elsewhere to shame. The crispiest of bases, gorgeous tomato sauce and fabulous toppings, all brought to us with very friendly service. Well done guys.
