I went to barclays bank with my mum today to get some cash for her bank account
The lady that helped my mum with getting some cash for her bank account was very kind lovely friendly
It was so kind and very lovely of her to help my mum out with something
You have very lovely and kind and helpful staff at the barclays bank sevenoaks
It's lovely to see them help out other customers
We are very lucky to have banks in sevenoaks so peope go there get more cash into their bank account because the staff are always happy to help you when you need some help the customers are so kind and polite because when they walk in they say hello to the staff
It's my first time going to this bank because I don't think I been there before but I know my mum has which was ages ago now but not me yet
The staff that work there are very kind lovely helpful
The service there is very lovely amazing wonderful

This is one of the nicest banks I have been to
This place gets it's very first 5 out of 5 star rating by me

There were only cash machines, I could have gone anywhere else, I will be closing my account to keep inline with the closure of your branches. I was shocked to see a poorly boarded shop interior worse than a charity shop interior

I went to the Sevenoaks hight street branch today because I couldn?t access my app for days and forgot my card pin. Went in and was greeted by a lovely lady, I forgot to get her name but she was kind and directed me to a colleague who would help. The colleague ?David? or ?Dave? was very helpful and patient. I expressed my concerns to him on how I really need to get my pin and access to my app cus pay day was the next day and I need to access my account so I can sort out my bills. He understood and helped me out. I?m very thankful to him and the other colleagues who helped. Thank you again David.

Travelled to Sevenoaks, rather than use the Barclays Local at Orpington to do some account housekeeping for my mother.

Combination of inept and unfriendly. They seem exasperated at the presence of in person customers.

Please re open the local branches and pout the staff at the counter.
I had to pay in a cheque about the limit on the App. So had to do it in branch, but my local branch, which was in walking distance is closed. So I was forced to travel costing me in petrol, parking charges and personal time. I was directed to the self service machine, which took more than 15 minutes to navigate the various menus. The one member of staff at the counter had served 3 other customers by the time I had completed my transaction.
