Located inside Sainsbury?s easy to park to collect my order. I had recently purchased my Henry Hoover at the most competitive of prices. I was met with a smile by Lacey one of the helpful and attentive team members, Has to be the friendliest as well knowledgeable Argos I have visited.

Sold a product missing parts. Spend 2 hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue both with central office and store. No replacement product or parts available. No resolution offered - including sending a replacement product/parts out. Will never use Argos again...

Argos is not as it used to be. They returns policy is a lie. They don't take things back as they promise. Also they try their best not to inform you at the point of sale that what you buy is excluded from their policy. Be careful when you shop, or better look elsewhere-you'll save a lot of hassle and headache.

The ladies in this store are most unhelpful. I tried to return a laptop that I purchased from Argos online and they told me that I couldn't prove that I bought it from Argos - despite showing them the receipt. After a half hour discussion with them I gave up. I have been shopping at Argos for over 20 years, but thanks to them I will never buy from them again. What horrible people!

I got a go pro yesterday it would not charge up.took it back today the manager he had it five minutes said nothing wrong with it he really had bad attitude it took me an hour of begging to resolve it.I was nice to him he called security for back up I only wanted my money or a replacement go to another argos it's not good there
