Starting to wonder if I go to the same surgery and pharmacy as some other reviewers ?. Since moving here in 2020 my experience has been brilliant. As a recovering cancer patient (successful), I needed quite a bit of help initially and all the staff with whom I have had contact to this day have given me exemplary service. This includes pharmacy and recent physio treatment. I consider myself very fortunate and can't believe I am the only one .

I have consistently encountered exceptional professionalism at the Sellindge Surgery and I highly endorse it to everyone.

Spent all day with phone in hand to be told I missed call! and apparently a voice message, absolutely nothing received! Phoned surgery 7 times to try and resolve, no one listening.

Consistently negative, rude and disappointing. Had great help one time but from a locum doctor who wasn?t actually part of the surgery. Receptionists are great and helpful but nurse was cold and unwelcoming and doctors have been similar, short and dismissive.

Another review to try and turn the tide.I have to visit every 3 months, the staff are always lovely and smiley. I guess its how you treat people, is how you get treated. Never a problem, if theres is it tends to be sorted within minutes. Very helpful and friendly place.

By far the worst surgery possible, 95% of the doctors and nursery?s here are useless, none of the staff listen, they couldn?t care about your health, they just want their wage slips.

Not good experiences recently. Surgery didn't have all babies immunisations so did 2 of then and I had to take her back the following week. It would have been nice for them to cancel it or let me know prior to the appointment as it wasn't fair on little one going through it twice. Also Dr has prescribed 2 medicines for daughter and both had been discontinued and has taken ages to get someone to sort it. Not very good patient care.

Absolutely disgusting care provided by this surgery. Drs appear completely incompetent and fail to offer appropriate treatment. Other times almost appearing at random to diagnose over the phone and prescribe medication. One Dr in particular I will be reporting to the GMC.Terrible communication by reception staff and pratice "manager". Complaints via email are just ignored.

Last week phoned the surgery for my 6 year old daughter regarding a unknown allergy hives covering her body. Reception told me to phone 111 so i did they sent us to a&e they gave us some antihistamines and a steroid medicine I then booked her in for a alergy test for 2 weeks time. The antihistamines that she was given have given her 0 relief so I phoned the doctors to ask if I could try a different antihistamine that might work better for her. I was told by Reception no they can't give out a prescription I have to go to a&e. Maybe situations like this is contributing to current state of the NHS. Flogging me of to the hospitals.

Absolutely terrible no urgency in urgent cases reception very unprofessional saying will call and don't.Never one for complaining but this surgery needs serious investigations done.

I've been with Sellindge surgery for almost 2 years, I've had minimal calls with doctors about my Fibromyalgia and Degenerative Disc Disease simply because they're patronising and I've cried twice on the phone to a very rude doctor who said and I quote "he won't find a cure out of a magic hat for me" I suffer from anxiety and so a call to the doctors is daunting enough, I've asked for a further MRI on my back as my neck is now cracking and popping but apparently if I've already had an MRI within 2 years this isn't possible, my DDD is so bad that I have to rely on others to help me in and out the bath, I feel helpless around this surgery, I was given orders to just take zapain and escitlapram more because they can't give me any stronger medication which is fair enough but I threw up immediately doing so, being disabled is hard enough as it is without feeling like your GP sees you as a burden.

I'm shocked at all the poor reviews. Over the past couple of years I have had very good service. Reception staff are polite, practice nurse is super helpful and doctors brilliant. I use e consult which usually has me talking to a doctor the same or the next day. Face to face doctor appointments may involve waiting a week or so though. Maybe I'm just lucky.

I am honestly surprised at many of these reviews and just wanted to support the surgery. When ringing at 8am for on-the-day appointments I have always got one. Everyone I have come into contact with there has been professional and helpful. I am happy with Sellindge Surgery and have no wish to go elsewhere.

First visit to the practice and everything was fine, reception staff were polite and friendly and I was seen on time.Mandy the nurse who carried out my health check explained things well and guided me in the right direction to improve my health and got me speaking to a doctor pm that same day.Thank You
