Enjoyed an excellent Italian lunch at this lovely, out of the way pub. Great choice of meals, and a wonderful selection of tasty desserts. The courses were of a good size and the service was friendly and unrushed.
Good value for money, abd would definitely return if in the area again.

What a marvellous hidden gem! Called for dinner last night (20th) and what an experience. Superb food, great atmosphere. The two hosts (sisters Sara & Lisa) were excellent hosts: knowledgeable, chatty and welcoming. An absolute joy, and a definite "must return"! Already looking forward to it.

We had an amazing dinner experience on a Saturday evening at Black Horse. The food was absolutely delicious, and we were treated like valued guests from the moment we arrived. Our little one especially loved playing in the back garden after enjoying some tasty lasagna. A delightful evening for the whole family!

Absolutely outstanding italian food with the warmest welcome.
We phoned at 1930 on Sunday 21st July 2024 and asked if they were still serving food they asked for how many and what time we could make it For I said I can get there by 8 they sad normally we finish food at 7.30 but we will keep the kitchen open I did not expect the quality of the food to be so good or the welcome to be so warm at that time on a Sunday. I would recommend this beautiful pub wit fantastic food and super excellent staff. They do not normally allow dogs inside but made an allowance for us but the garden area has a covered area and is fantastic and dogs are welcome in this area. Thank you all at the black horse for your amazing set up

Stopped over night prior to using Le Shuttle.
Great little location for a stop over if travelling with a camper.
Great communication and lovely staff on arrival.
Convenient location to get to departure in about 10 mins.
With a visit!
If having food it is absolutely lovely but it can be a bit pricey.
