Food average but tasty. Friendly counter staff, was not busy, yet there were tables still not cleaned, no atmosphere as nobody in it.

Had a great experience at this store last week. The place was super clean, the food was fresh and delicious, and the service was exceptional!!! Rajesh was very welcoming and made sure everything was perfect. Definitely one of the best Subways I?ve been to!! Thanks for the awesome service Rajesh

Ordered a couple of 6inch sandwiches bank holiday Monday morning. The guy serving didn't know any of the offers advertised around the outside of the building so got charged standard for items when I repeatedly said about the offers. To top this off even though the bread selection was different for both sandwiches they were both stale and dry and weren't fresh.

Great place to stop whilst waiting for car to be washed,please owners get a pay as you go coffee machine put in to one side for us that don't want to eat,bit of a pain as i just wanted a coffee but could not jump the line..the staff were very apologetic about this..a machine would make all the difference..

Popped here on the way back from broadstairs, i usually go to the subway in Whitfield but thought I'd give this place a try, same subway vibe as everywhere else. Nice little location, easy parking, great ?

Was in here on Saturday 19 October 2024 at about 4.30 ish, with my autistic step daughter, and all of the guys working were absolutely brilliant.
They answered her many questions ranging from whether or not they get free subway while they are working to what are olives like.
I regularly use this branch of subway and having bought the same food as we usually get at a different branch, both myself and my partner agreed that the quality of the food from this branch is much better.

Well I don't know what the other reviews are about, Leah was bloody lovely! Made sure to say welcome I'll be right with you whilst she served other customers. Was super friendly and chatty. Really makes the atmosphere of the place. Whatever franchisee owns this place, at least get her a treat because you definitely don't do pay rises ?

The server was extremely rude and made it very clear he did not want to be there. As seen by the attached photo, the food portions provided by this restaurant is ridiculous. The photo was taken once we?d left the restaurant and went to enjoy our waffle fries?not that there was were many to enjoy (the photo was taken before any fries were eaten). Avoid at all costs, a complete waste of money

Well the woman was serving the man in front of us and then starting saying "he's in the toilet, I'll get to you when I can" then when she was serving us "I think he's just sitting on his phone in there". Then when this other server came back she said that to him in front of a few customers. Then a conversation about faeces began... After this the guy then started mimicking the timer for the oven...every time it went off, one customer looked very mad. Tbf food was fine but it's the managers fault for not being present. This amount of unprofessional behaviour just silly
