Great go to shop when you've ran out of something, we'll stocked, lovely staff. However.... one self service shows red and when I was waiting in queue to use the ones with green light a member of staff said i could use the ones lit up red, when i pointed out it was red she quite rudely said but i could still use it. only ever one till working and that's OK but lady at till is always very slow and there is alway a queue, but I might add she is always very nice.

I've ordered a rug doctor from this store , and the first one was broken not checked and pat tested. At my convenience I've had to return it them to be replaced with a filthy machine that looks like white cliffs of dover and chalk been given as a free gift. Didn't fancy a dirty carpet cleaner or chalky item .

The Co-op in Sandwich is a great place to go for daily groceries and lunch. It is very easy to get food as everything is easily accessible and it clearly says where to get them. Overall, pretty neat place ?

Quite a well run store but let down poor toilet checks as no toilet paper in the ladies and when told an assistant went in the gents and returned with a handful single sheets only.

Slightly pricey co-op with an average range of products you'd expect but nothing fancy. Parking is convenient.

A bit dark and dated. Not many people in there.

My local go to store. Can?t really complain to much as it?s local and convenient. Obviously prices are a little higher but then it?s only a 5 min walk from where I live and it does help me out when I?m in a jam.

Shelves always empty, they are always running out of things and very expensive now

Lovely helpful staff but 10-20% more expensive than Sainsbury's or Tesco and poorly stocked. As the only supermarket in Sandwich it should do much better. Should sell itself to Waitrose.

One of the worst shops around . Ridiculously priced ! , Never anything on the shelves and just generally a poor selection of extremely over priced items . I avoid it as much as possible .

Always out of stock. I've given up trying. Really lovely staff though (only reason it's not getting 1 star).

Large co-op, plenty of choice. Not too crowded and it was nice to see what they had as not been in a co-op for ages. The check out was slow with only one till open, I tried the self serve but annoyingly after 2 scans it "told" me to seek assistance but there were no assistants to be seen. I had to go in the queue which took ages. But the lady was nice and said have a nice weekend. I would shop there for bit n bobs again.

Is clean and tidy and the staff are pleasant, However if I could use a different store in the mornings I would stock levels are terrible.

Went today in for shopping . Overpriced on everything ,no offers ,no family packs ,more expensive than M&S or Waitrose . Ques on Tabacco /Lottery area ,one casher ,slow motion no flexibility, motivation ,,or college talks .Bought 4 lucky dips for Friday,at home I found out got 5 lucky dips for Saturday (same price) Noticed today that the nuddle pots in price increased, from £0,75 to £1,35,(what a profit)'. Anyway ,stuff will not listen to you if you complain . Fazit: good for emergency buys ,otherwise they can't beat Lidl or Aldi .

Expensive as expected with co-op but they also have the monopoly in Sandwich. Hopefully there will be some competition one day.Update - frequently empty shelves, poor stock of veg, meat and bread. Things have not improved since the driver shortage excuse. As mentioned, the sooner Sandwich has some competition the better, until then it's a drive to Thanet or Dover where the competition seems to have stock without issue!
