Just been in to moss bros dockside to find a suit for a wedding. Was assisted by Ethan who was very helpful in assisting with fitting and sizing and finding sizes that were not available on the shop floor.

I went in to buy a black suit for a funeral and was helped by Ethan, who was extremely helpful throughout. I would personally recommend anyone to ask for Ethan?he really knows his stuff. The suit was excellent quality and fitted beautifully.
Although I?m not local, I would definitely make the journey to return if I needed another suit. Ethan is a real credit to your store.

Can?t express enough how good the service was, Rhys was very knowledgeable and patient with getting different sizes for me, he helped me all the way and was understanding that I have not bought a tux before so explained what I needed, any tux or suit requirements in the future I?ll be back

Where do we start with ?moss-hobo's?i hope google can change the star ? ratings to minus stars ? in the future.Suit fitting went well ordered suits then down hill, imagine me ginger 16 stone 44/46 chest hulking out of the suit the lady kindly said would fit me 36 chest? perfect.7 suits ordered 'cockside outlet centre Chatham'1 suit never got to the wedding well parts of it did. missing jacket and a shirt delivered 2 days after the event. Had to buy a shirt from another moss bro so i matched the party.hobo's the suits ties ripped, waistcoats missing parts, jackets stained shirts dirty and trousers holes in them.we ordered the suits months before and we was told by moss bro's come in to re fit a week prior to wedding, well we would of if they was actually open the days and times they say they are, closed 4 out of 7 days is never going to get u 5 star rating, returning suits was just as bad as collecting them, i was sure to express my disappointment in this get up of company, £200 per suit, i was shocking the service to potential customers/victims of moss bro's poor service waiting outside again while they was late opening thinking are they even going to open.

We hired 3 suits for our wedding and for the groom we decided to have a made to measure so we could keep it.I must say from start to finish Canaan our tailor was amazing, he made the whole process easy and fun. I was kept informed when the suits were ready for collection. A nice little detail was the personal embroidery on the inside of my husband's jacket.Thankyou all so much for making our special day extra special Xx
