Cost them business as card only cash is legal tender won't be told how I have to pay. Another couple walked out due to same issue.Have senior management looked at the amount of lost revenue due to card only.

The manager decided to come out to the seating area and lay across the seats for a nap. Very unprofessional and quite off putting. Strange man.

I went here today with my family it was very quite so our order was taken and prepared very quickly. Service was great and to be honest it the best burger king I've been to in a long time. The food was cooked perfectly!(Highly recommend)

Unfortunately, very poor.Tried using an offer via the app, got told that the store doesn't accept 'click and collect' orders despite clearly advertising the app via marketing material on the counter and posters in the restaurant..Next, for the meal that I was able to order, I asked for no salt on the chips and was met with the response 'we won't add any extra salt on the chips' to which I decided to advise that I didn't want any salt at all and was advised they couldn't support this request. Won't be going back

i had a wonderful meal, with good service and friendly staff, The Dining area was not full but was clean and well maintained.

Incredibly slow. No sense of 'fast food'. Food all over the floor, no-one bothering to clean it up. Took 15 mins just to order.... there were only 2 people in front of me. No-one seemed to know what they were doing.... hopeless....

Mix up with order due to app so had to take burgers back to counter. No one?s fault, just one of those things. Staff politely tried to correct then female manager in white shirt intervened. Spoke to me abruptly then to the staff member like he was five years old, in front of a queue of customers. Felt so uncomfortable had I not paid, would have left. Can?t imagine how the poor staff member felt. Really mean. Really unnecessary behaviour over a burger!

Yet again the only drinks is fanta or coke or tea mo milk shake of coffee as the speed of service just hope it dont get busy there the fries was ok but the blk was cold very disappointed with the meal

Not clean and staffs are not good at providing service. Foods are more less same in every BK only the customer service can make the difference. Hadn?t happy experience at all.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!! I feel physically sick when i think about what I witnessed in the kitchen here from standing at the counter. In full view of the customers a team member making the burgers wiped his nose on the palm of his hand and then picked up a burger bun. He then put both of his hands down the back of his trousers to pull them up. He then proceeded to have another wipe of his nose with the palm of his hand whilst making making burgers. To make it worse (or not) it was my burger!! So I called the manager over who just so happened to be nearby telling him i could not eat there and the reason why. He didn't seem overly bothered that his team were adding snot to the meals!!! How on earth do these people pass their food hygiene certificates, or do they??? I would give zero stars but that is not an option!

Food was awful and expensive? chips tasted old, I ordered some chicken nuggets for my childwe had to throw them away, they were rock solid and tasteless.. never again going in there.

Staff are rude, slow and you wait forever, for what is a slopped together mess of burger and 12 chips... Feet stuck to floor around the only semi cleaned table in the place. Don't ever order deliveroo from there, the driver collecting two meals waited 20 minutes from the first to the second meal.... Dismal interior. Clearly, this is where Mac donnalds sacked staff get employed. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

Very disappointed?.Chips tasting like fish, tissues and sauces counted and given only one per person?.FIRST AND LAST TIME? prefer to cross the tunnel and enjoy McDonald?s couple of miles away? where chips taste like chips and the there?s no limit on the paper tissue and ketchup.

This has to be the worst meal eaten in a burger king ! No hot drinks only offer fizzy in small cups, no napkins offered a piece of blue roll which was being handled by everyone, no plastic cutlery.Opened the burgers to find the cheese on one had gone see through and hard all round the edges, burger was cold, opened the other burger to find roll had crumbled into pieces and burger wascold !!Spoke to staff and his reply was they are having trouble with staff shortages yet there were staff just standing around and manager walking round with his hands in his pockets not appearing to offer any help or assistance !!Burgers were replaced and extra chips given which did look better and warmer but we had gone off wanting food by now.There appeared to be many others not happy with their food or the service they received today,
