This had to be the single worst Burger King in the country?surely. Every visit, the staff were incredibly slow, as if they were trained to move at a snail?s pace. It became a running joke to hear, ?Sorry, we don?t have that,? time and time again. The queues were ridiculous, and the service was always poor. To make matters worse, their opening hours never seemed to match what was listed online. Add in the fact there were no self-service screens?just painfully slow, face-to-face ordering?and it felt like everything was designed to test your patience.
On the plus side, the physical location was actually great, with plenty of seating. Unfortunately, that was overshadowed by how poorly everything was handled. It?s not surprising they ended up closing?especially once McDonald?s arrived. The only reason people used this Burger King before was that there wasn?t any other ?burger place? around. If there had been two options, this particular branch would?ve lost out every time.
Not a shame at all that it?s gone. Slow service, incorrect opening times, staff that always seemed disinterested?there was no chance of competing. I can?t say I?ll miss it.

Not a good outlet, place was absolutely filthy and even had a pool of vomit on the floor under one of the tables ...
Nobody attended to it for the 7 mins I was there !
Food was cold by the time I'd got to my car.
Parking: Midday and the car parks are full unless you walk right from the other side of the car parks.
I believe they now charge to use this car park !! ?

Not what I requested. Had to ask for Ketchup, 2 drinks the same, no cheese when requested also. Worse experience so far.

Visited for lunch with my grandchildren
Wonderful service with a smile
Delicious piping hot food, nicely put together and ready very quickly
It could do with an update but that's not the fault of the team
Vegetarian options: Not a lot for us vegans but the royale was very tasty

Unorganised, outdated restaurant. Staff seem to be lazy and unbothered. I wouldn?t recommend.

I'm trying to understand, why such a huge company is against legal Tender CASH?? at least put up a big sign outside the shop for customers to know. The place was dead like 2 customers in total. I understand the staff has to follow orders regarding Cash, however I think it is a idiotic approach.

Service is poor , whopper burger cold drowning in mayonnaise could not taste the burger , roll fell apart due to mayonnaise really disgusting, managers really lack customer care ,there just don?t care , waste of our money

The food can get very messy. The environment is dirty and there are lots of flies flying about. However the service is quick and despite the presentation of the food is poor, the taste of it is wonderful!

Food hot, nice onion rings, and chilli cheese bites. No boxes for children's meals again, none from November 8th again begining of December and today 20th Dec. There is a poster to win national trust family pass. It says scan code on box so three times not available even the day after the start it goes on till January hopefully they will have some in. Also there has been a coffee bean poster saying chosen for you, they never have coffee. See photos
