Dreadful place. Went to get a quote for work on my car. They came back after doing some checks that I didn?t ask for to tell me they would keep the car as they didn?t feel it was safe to drive! This is illegal and disgraceful behaviour (trying to con me out of money for them to do the work). I was forced to sign a letter before they would release my own car to me to drive. Had it checked at a reputable garage who told me it was safe to drive. Avoid these crooks at all costs!

We arrived at the premises very stressed out after breaking down on the M20, our breakdown assistance told us to head to Thames Motor Group, Tunbridge Wells after rescue restarted our motorhome. Whilst the garage was unable to fit our motorhome into the workshop they did everything they could to identify the problem. (One of the staff even hotspotted their phone to the computer system) When the problem was identified as a problem with the battery another member of staff went to pick it up.We were treated so well and they couldn't do enough for us. Congratulations on having such caring and hard working staff and in particular Ricky Cromwell.

Amazing experience, great staff. These are exciting times to buy and sell a car. Why not visit and test drive. Brilliant location, coffee available and toilets just in case the kids need a wee. ?

My father has had to rebook twice as the dealership kept messing around with the bookings. I followed him up to bring him back home and on dropping the vehicle off staff were dismissive and uninterested. Annoying when the labour rate is very high.

It's great to find a good garage that allows you to log on to their wi-fi and give you a huge desk to carry on working from! If it weren't for that I'd have to take half the day off work. I find this fact quite amazing but also very helpful in this age of working from home or in cafes etc.The staff are accommodating and professional, the work they carry out (from a non car knowledgeable person) seems to be good, I can't say much as I'm not a mechanic but I've not had any problems with my car whilst having it serviced here. The toilet is very clean and well maintained. It's a good experience even sitting and waiting for your car. Very happy with the service from here and highly recommend.

Great experience buying my most recent Abarth from Thames in Tunbridge. Will was excellent throughout with videos showing each stage of when the car arrived at the dealer, before it was detailed and just before I collected it. The service was great and I'd definitely buy another car from there!

Very happy with the service I received at Thames Motor Group. Rob the salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly. I had an issue with the electric wall charger (it came with the car from a third party) but they resolved the problem for me. Overall a very good experience.
