NO DO RECOMMEND USING DELVIERY SERVICE. Good range of products competitively priced but the delivery service needs updating. On ordering you only get an estimated delivery date with no further communication of any kind. Called local store in Tunbridge Wells after estimated delivery date had passed and was told they has previously attempted to delivery. No note, phone call, email or text. Very poor and in future will only purchase if I can collect.

Walked out. Literally no customer service. Not the staff fault. One staff member looking for something, with a key at the front looking through boxes for another customer (Saturday). Left me and another for 15 mins. Nobody else there. Better things to do with me time. Hopefully they might see this and give some explanation why no staff are there on a Saturday morning.
