Seating requirements wasn't what they could be. We had a booking for 5 people and were put on a table in a corner which had hardly any room so we were all pretty squashed in. When we asked to move to a larger table, we were told that it had been reserved, but was still empty when we left, so we could have been moved. Food was pretty ordinary didnt have the wow factor at all. And very overpriced for what it is. Would I recommend this place, probably not. Would I visit again....maybe for a drink but definitely not for food.

John and Chez, we stayed here for 4 nights, staff were brilliant, we were treated really well, food was delicious, lovely clean rooms, would come again, totally recommend it.

A very enjoyable two nights stay here. Room was clean and comfortable with kettle for making hot drinks, the room was serviced while we were out and used tea facilities were replenished and clean towels provided. Eat both nights in the restaurant and the meals were excellent with good portions, breakfast was equally as good. Staff were very welcoming and friendly and made it a joy to stay there. WiFi is free and very fast and there is plenty of parking. Thank you all for an enjoyable stay.

We normally pop into this pub because the atmosphere is lovely, the staff are friendly and the service great. Today we decided to have lunch and we weren?t disappointed! Excellent quality and great sized portions! Will definitely come for a meal again.

This is a wonderful place to eat, drink.and enjoy a couple of hours or more. All of the staff are very welcoming, jolly and friendly. There is a lovely, vibrant atmosphere here because the staff make it so. I've been here 4 times now for breakfast, light lunch and dinner meals. Every time it's been perfect. Excellent, top quality ingredients cooked perfectly. I give special commendation to Libby, Toni, Callum, Heather, Georgia, Kian and George, who.gave me and all who come in a great welcome. I also commend the chef and kitchen staff for their skill and expertise in cooking the best food.

Popped in this evening by chance that they were still serving food, and had just missed the Sunday roast (aim to get there earlier in the afternoon). Wide range on the menu. The homemade steak and cheese pie, it was mouth watering, lovely pastry too, it was probably one of the best I've tasted, delicious, nicely presented. Service was great and we were served by a polite, lovely young lady, who made sure we had everything we needed . Made to feel welcome with a nice atmosphere. Nicely decorated, clean and tidy.

Went here for dinner, service was friendly and polite, the food and drinks order was taken promptly. I had the vegan option of pea protein burger and it was delicious. Had skin on fries with homemade tomato salsa and coleslaw, can recommend even if you're a meat eater.

2nd visit to this lovely pub with food and a available accommodation to suit everyone?s taste. Outside seating and the inside pub / dining is so nice. Good staff and great service. Not noisy like some pubs so a refreshing experience sat having a pint and some food
