This parts provider has lied to it's customer, my mechanic twice. Turned up with incorrect parts twice, it's caused me to have to cancel clients, mess my clients around. This company may find lying and messing it's customers around, acceptable. But I do not, they have also cost me a days earnings through sheer incompetence!
