Young lad in store who seems to struggle with his reading is always so polite and I find him really inspiring as his always trying so hard to help! Really love that tool station gives people with struggles a chance, don?t see that in many stores

Had amazing shopping experience in this store needing bits for my plumber doing work on my property. Member of staff called Harry was happy approachable and paitent finding all items needed on computer ??All happy friendly staff and will shop here again.

Store is at the end of an industrial estate. I had to queue to collect as at the time there was only one operative working the counter.

Ordering online was simple and quick, on collection from my local Rochester branch I received fantastic customer service by a jolly enthusiastic colleague by the name of Taryn who I must say made my toolstation experience truly fantastic and she is a credit to the company!
